Sveti Vlas is quite new holiday resort, 2 kilometer north of Sunny Beach og 8 kilometer from the ancient town of Nessebar. It is a perfect place, when you not necessarily want to live in the “eye of the hurricane”, but still want to be close to everything. At any time you can get a shuttlebus or a minicab, so you can reach everything in few minutes. Everyone who rent an apartment in the marina resort is free to use all the facilities in the resort – that means more than 20 swimming pools, spa-centers, fitness-centers, tennis courts, internet cafés, several restaurants, piano bar, beauty salons, Amphitheater, discotheques, stores and a lot more. This area has the last years become the new and exclusive Beach Road in Bulgaria and the area are very popular and maritime with the new fantastic marina.
